MU OET Medical 2016 is a national level entrance exam conducted by Manipal University for admission to MBBS and BDS course in Kasturba Medical College located at Manipal and Mangalore.Manipal Medical 2016 exam will be conducted in online mode from April 11 to May 21.

 

 Eligibility

• Lower age should be 17 years as on 31.12.2016.

• Pass in 10+2, A level, IB, American 12th grade or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English individually with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology taken together.

 

 Exam Pattern

•  MU OCT  2016  exam will be online.

• The online question booklet will be provided to candidates will be in English language

• MH CET exam will have multiple choice objective type questions

• Total number of questions will be around 200

• Time duration for the test will be 150 minutes.

•  The pattern of MH CET Entrance Examination is Physics: 50Q, Chemistry: 50Q, Biology: 70Q and English & General Aptitud;30Q.. Each answer with correct response shall be awarded 1 mark. 

• Test Syllabus: Physics, Chemistry, Biology and General English include questions based  on the 10+2 Syllabus followed by major 10+2Boards/Universities. 

• Only candidates who have secured minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in All India Manipal University Online Entrance Test (MU-OET) 2016 will be considered for admission.

SCHOLARSHIP

Candidates who have secured within the first 100 ranks of the respective merit list in the MU-OET 2016 are offered 100% freeship.

The freeship will cover only the course fee payable for the particular course of study. The candidate will however be required to pay Rs. 11, 000 (Registration fee: Rs. 10,000 + Processing fee: Rs. 1,000) payable at the time of admission. The freeship will not cover the expenses such as hostel accommodation, books etc.
